Heyo Flamingo
Flavored black tea with notes of bergamot and malt
Oolong·Loose leaf
Orchid·Stone Fruit·Cream
A very smooth tea with light floral notes and haunting finish. It is hand made and has a stunning leaf. It is smoother than a typical black tea and less grassy than standard greens. The Dung Ti Oolong displays a certain balance and harmony that is almost orchid like.

How to make it
Green tea is easy to get wrong in exactly one way: water that is too hot. Everything after that is forgiving.
If your kettle has no dial, boil it and let it stand for a minute or two before pouring.
About one heaping teaspoon for an 8 oz cup. Loose leaf takes up more room than it weighs.
Taste it early. Lift the leaves out when you like it, otherwise it keeps brewing in the cup.
Most of our leaf gives two or three good cups. Add thirty seconds each time.
