Having trouble with Wholesale?
Important Login Information
Do not use Shop to log in. Always use your email address when logging into your wholesale account. Using "Shop" to login to your account will not work with our system.
Clearing Cache and Cookies
Chrome:
- Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Select "Settings" → "Privacy and security" → "Clear browsing data"
- Select "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Choose time range: "All time"
- Click "Clear data"
Firefox:
- Click the three lines in the top right corner
- Select "Settings" → "Privacy & Security"
- Scroll to "Cookies and Site Data"
- Click "Clear Data"
- Ensure both cookies and cached content are selected
- Click "Clear"
Safari:
- Click "Safari" in the menu bar
- Select "Settings" → "Privacy"
- Click "Manage Website Data"
- Click "Remove All"
- Confirm by clicking "Remove Now"
Edge:
- Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Select "Settings" → "Privacy, search, and services"
- Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear"
- Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear now"
Try a Different Browser
Sometimes browser-specific issues can cause problems:
- We have found Safari and Chrome to work the best for us. Each browser handles website data differently, so switching browsers may resolve the issue.
- Remember to log in with your email address regardless of which browser you use
Try Incognito/Private Mode
- Open a new incognito/private window
- Navigate to our wholesale website
- Log in with your email address (not "shop")
- Check if the issue is resolved
Update Your Browser
- Using outdated browsers can cause compatibility issues
- Update to the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- If using Internet Explorer, we recommend switching to a modern browser
Disable Browser Extensions
Some extensions may interfere with website functionality:
- Temporarily disable all browser extensions/add-ons
- Reload the website
- If the issue is resolved, re-enable extensions one by one to identify the problematic one
