Important Login Information

Make extra sure you are logged in to your wholesale account before doing anything! Most issues will solve themselves with a quick and simple log out and log back in.

Clearing Cache and Cookies

Chrome:
  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner
  2. Select "Settings" → "Privacy and security" → "Clear browsing data"
  3. Select "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files"
  4. Choose time range: "All time"
  5. Click "Clear data"
Firefox:
  1. Click the three lines in the top right corner
  2. Select "Settings" → "Privacy & Security"
  3. Scroll to "Cookies and Site Data"
  4. Click "Clear Data"
  5. Ensure both cookies and cached content are selected
  6. Click "Clear"
Safari:
  1. Click "Safari" in the menu bar
  2. Select "Settings" → "Privacy"
  3. Click "Manage Website Data"
  4. Click "Remove All"
  5. Confirm by clicking "Remove Now"
Edge:
  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner
  2. Select "Settings" → "Privacy, search, and services"
  3. Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear"
  4. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
  5. Click "Clear now"

Try a Different Browser

Sometimes browser-specific issues can cause problems:

  • We have found Safari and Chrome to work the best for us. Each browser handles website data differently, so switching browsers may resolve the issue.
  • Remember to log in with your email address regardless of which browser you use

Try Incognito/Private Mode

  1. Open a new incognito/private window
  2. Navigate to our wholesale website
  3. Log in with your email address (not "shop")
  4. Check if the issue is resolved

Update Your Browser

  • Using outdated browsers can cause compatibility issues
  • Update to the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  • If using Internet Explorer, we recommend switching to a modern browser

Disable Browser Extensions

Some extensions may interfere with website functionality:

  1. Temporarily disable all browser extensions/add-ons
  2. Reload the website
  3. If the issue is resolved, re-enable extensions one by one to identify the problematic one
