Dragon Phoenix Pearl

One of the finest and most unique teas of the Chinese province of Fukian (or all of China, for that matter), Dragon Phoenix Pearl is a jasmine-scented tea that is entirely hand processed. After scenting with freshly-opened jasmine flowers, each leaf set is tightly-hand-rolled into pea-sized spheres. One of our perennial best-sellers here in the store.  Use 6-8 pearls for a 12oz cup.
