Assist in cold brew production including batching, kegging (BIBs), bottling, and labeling. 

Support production roasting operations under the guidance of the Roaster, including preparation, loading, and post-roast cooling. 

Blend roasted coffee to exact specifications using The Mill’s unique recipes. 

Flavor coffee following standard procedures and safety protocols. 

Accurately pack store orders, customer orders, and wholesale orders in a timely manner. 

Maintain clean, organized, and efficient inventory of roasted coffee, cold brew products, packaging materials (bags, BIBs, bottles), and related supplies. 

Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to the appropriate team members. 

Follow all quality control procedures to ensure consistency and freshness of all products. 

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production areas. 

Adhere to food safety and workplace safety standards. 

Follow procedures to ensure compliance with our organic certification 

Passion for coffee and a strong work ethic. 

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. 

Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a physical environment. 

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately. 

Experience in production, warehouse, or food/beverage handling is a plus. 

Forklift certification is a plus, but we will train.
