What You'll Do:

As Store Manager, you'll lead your team in creating an exceptional cafe experience - from the quality of the drinks to the warmth of the service. You'll oversee daily operations, coach baristas and build a culture of accountability, hospitality and hustle.

Your Focus:

• Lead and train a motivated team of baristas and shift leads
• Deliver & teach top-tier customer service
• Create weekly schedules and manage labor wisely
• Coach staff on coffee knowledge, service standards and growth
• Keep the cafe clean, stocked and running smoothly
• Own the store's financial performance (labor, sales, inventory)
• Lead event support and community engagement where needed
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and care
• Coordinate events, including managing bookings, prepping staff and ensuring service runs smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for people and coffee
• Management in coffee, retail or hospitality
• Strong communicator, mentor, motivator and collaborator
• Comfortable working weekends and early/late shifts
• Organized and calm under pressure
• Experience with scheduling, inventory and basic financials
• A proven track record in improving store operations or team performance
• Experience with POS touch screen, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other computer skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely (e.g. milk crates, product boxes, coffee equipment
