Sensory characteristics: A beautiful, complex and captivating nose of fresh red flower petals, cranberry, cherry and pomegranate lead to notes of dried tobacco, green herb, fresh spearmint, rocky earth and dried red dirt.
The color is deep ruby red. On the nose, there are classic red vibrant fruit and raspberries. Very floral. The palate is dry, sapid, with supple tannins and well balanced with great acidity.
The palate is superbly balanced with fresh acidity and soft tannins.
The wine is fermented in concrete and further aged in a combination of stainless steel tank and concrete vat.
