Cooperativa Café Timor

Well rounded body with playful acidity. A light, brown sugar-like sweetness is complimented by notes of delicate dried fruit. Excellent for lovers of bold coffee with generous body, yet delicate acidity.  A great after-dinner coffee that will stand up to a rich dessert.

Region: Ainaro, Ermera, and Lequisa, East Timor

Altitude: 800 – 1,600 meters

Process:Fully washed and dried in the sun

Twenty-three family owned farms around the Toraja Coffee Farmer's Cooperative grow this coffee. They are located in the central mountain region of the South Sulawesi province on Sulawesi Island, Indonesia.
