Shipping and Return Policies

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.   If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and ship the order.

Order Shipment:

Coffee is shipped via USPS Priority from our 800 P Street Roastery in Lincoln, NE. USPS Priority has a stated estimated shipping time of 1-3 days. In our experience:

  • Destinations within the Midwest and in large cities tend to receive coffee within 3 days.
  • Destinations on either of the Coasts, especially outside of large cities, tend to take 3-4 days.

Occasionally larger quanity orders are more economically shipped via UPS.

We work for you to find the best, most affordable shipping options available, and we never charge additional "handling" or other fees. We believe in the quality and value of our coffees, teas and other products, and we don't "sell" shipping. To that end, we simply pass our actual shipping costs on to you. Given the premiums we pay to bring your the best products possible, we are not able to offer free or heavily subsidized shipping. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and your loyal patronage!

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at: orders@millcoffee.com

Return Policy:

To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any unused order within 5 days for a full refund(minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please call 402-475-5522 or email us at orders@millcoffee.com
