This Catracha micro-lot is phenomenal and one of the best Honduran coffees of the season. It displays great sweetness, wonderful acidity, and incredible cleanness in the cup. Fidelina Perez, the farmer, produced this micro-lot on a two acre farm called La Escondida. This coffee will delight you.
