Spicy and fragrant with a slightly chocolaty, nutty quality. Known for its sweet flavor and aroma with light to medium body, Ethiopian Yirgacheffes are frequently rates as some of the highest quality coffees in the world.

Roast: medium-light

Region: Gedeo Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples' Region, Ethiopia

Altitude: 1,650-2,500 meters

Process: Full natural and dried on raised beds

Family-owned farms produce this fine coffee. They are organized around the Banko Dhadhato Cooperative located in the village of Banko Dhadhato in the southern district of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.

    The coffee is wonderful, as always, but the second time we ordered the three pounds, the coffee did not arrive as finely grind as the first time - we just need the finest grind settings for the Turkish style coffee we use. Please use the finest grind for our next order...
