This is a new take on a classic, old world coffee. Light bodied with a mildly sweet and tangy acidity that mimics a dry wine. This is similar to our usual Sidamo.
Region: Gedeb District, Gedeo Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region, Ethiopia
Altitude: 1,800 – 1,900 meters
Process: Fully washed and dried on raised beds
This coffee is produced by a single coffee farm ran by Bedhatu Jibicho and her children. Her coffee is processed as a separate micro-lot at the Banko Gotiti Cooperative located in the southern district of Gedeb, Ethiopia.
